My Ireland Tour accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We take payments online or over the phone. For online payments, we will email you a link that you can click on to pay via our secure online system. If you would like to pay by phone then you can call us from the States / Canada on 011 353 21 237 9006. Our office hours are 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday and we are on GMT time. Alternatively, let us know a contact number & a convenient time to contact you and we will phone you.
Credit Card Booking Fees are included in the tour price. All credit card transactions are handled securely via Stripe and Revolut.
Full payment must be made no later than 60 days prior to your arrival in Ireland. My Ireland Tour accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard & American Express or Electronic Bank Transfer. If final payment is not received as scheduled, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and your deposit payment forfeited.
All documents relating to our tours will be sent via email.
There are no fees for name changes. If you require a room type change from double to twin or vice versa, there are no fees but it is subject to availability.
Changing to a different tour date is possible 60 or more days before your holiday start date, and if the new tour has availability. There are no administration fees but you would have to pay the difference if the new dates are more expensive. It is not possible to change the dates of your holiday within 60 days of the start date.
Before the deposit has been paid we are in the planning phase, and can make as many amendments to the tour itinerary as you would like. Once itinerary has been agreed with you, and you have paid the deposit, then the tour itinerary is set and changes may no longer be possible (includes changing dates, adjusting the itinerary, or adding / removing participants).

Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing (either by email or standard mail) to My Ireland Tour. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to tour commencement. Cancellation fees apply as indicated above. All cancellation fees include the initial deposit.
We hope this section helps to clarify any questions that you may have about under what circumstances we would cancel a tour.
If we have to cancel a specific 2025 tour, then all participants who are booked on that specific tour at the date of cancellation would get the option of having a refund of monies paid to My Ireland Tour Ltd (less 4% card charges), or have the full amount transferred to a future booking for any tour, either later in 2025 or 2026. Participants who have already cancelled in advance or transferred to a different tour would not receive this refund. My Ireland Tour Ltd would not be liable for any other items or costs incurred such as Airfares.
All refunds, including refunds of overpayment, are processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment (less 4% card charges).
My Ireland Tour does not sell Travel Insurance. We would recommend Travel Guard. My Ireland Tour requires that all passengers have travel insurance.
To ensure an enjoyable travel experience for all participants, My Ireland Tour reserves the right to refuse any client whose conduct is incompatible with the interest of the tour group.
My Ireland Tour reserves the right to refuse admittance or continuation on the tour and/or tour bus if, in our opinion, a tour guest is intoxicated. We also reserve the right to remove from the tour any guest that is disruptive, disrespectful or destructive to tour staff, venue representatives, other tour guests or property.
In such a case, no refund will be made to the guest, and no liability or cost incurred by My Ireland Tour for transportation or other expenses incurred by that guest.
Passengers who have special needs or require unique attention must advise My Ireland Tour at the time of booking. Passengers who require particular assistance must travel with a qualified travel companion as My Ireland Tour TM’s (Driver-Guide, one person) cannot provide individualised assistance. Coaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. All tour participants must be able to mount 4 steps into the coach.
Please note that access for visitors with disabilities is restricted/limited at the following attractions: Clonmacnoise / Kylemore Abbey / Blarney Castle / Charles Fort / Rock of Cashel / Boyle Abbey
My Ireland Tour does not directly provide specific catering services. However, we make every effort to select restaurants and eateries that can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements, including allergies and intolerances. While we strive to choose establishments that meet these needs, we cannot guarantee that every food provider can cater for every dietary requirement. Equally, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces.
It is essential that guests with food allergies or intolerances communicate their specific dietary requirements directly to the serving staff upon arrival at each restaurant or eatery. We also recommend that guests carry any necessary medications (such as EpiPens) to manage their condition in case of emergency.
Please note that tour participation is strictly limited to the maximum of participants started in tour descriptions. When passenger numbers are significantly lower than the maximum capacity on our Escorted Group Tours then a smaller but equally luxurious coach may be used.
Our Escorted Tours of Ireland are conducted by a professional Driver-Guide (one person). The Driver-Guide (one person) is both the driver & guide.
Hotel arrangements on Our Escorted Tours of Ireland are provided as described in each tour program. My Ireland Tour reserves the right to substitute hotels for alternatives in similar categories.
Meals are provided as specified in each tour program. All dinners in hotels will be three courses with choices on each course + tea/coffee, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your itinerary.
Participants who have special dietary requirements must advise My Ireland Tour at the time of booking.
My Ireland Tour reserves the right to substitute visits/attractions and other features when establishments are closed or cannot be visited for reasons beyond our control.
On certain dates including, but not limited to religious holidays and national celebrations, some monuments and sites may be closed. On these occasions, touring itineraries may be amended to reflect these closures. Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions there may be last-minute changes, sometimes after arrival in Ireland or Britain, affecting the sequence of the tour and locations visited. In such cases, there will be no cost adjustment.
National monuments and tourist sites regularly undergo renovations, which can obscure the monument's view. No tour will be cancelled due to renovations and, in such cases, there will be no cost adjustment. However, My Ireland Tour will decide based on the conditions whether to amend an itinerary.
We pre-book and contract with all supplier accommodations and attractions on our tours to ensure your tour runs smoothly from start to finish. We, therefore, are unable to give discounts for attractions that guests choose not to visit or accommodations that guests do not require should they need to join the tour late or leave the tour early.
Luggage is carried at the owner's risk throughout the tour unless insured by the tour participant. Hand baggage and personal items such as coats, cell phones, umbrellas and cameras are entirely in the care of the participants.
Our vehicles are designed to allow one large suitcase per person, and one piece of carry-on luggage. You must inform My Ireland Tour upon booking if you wish to bring more luggage, which may or may not be possible depending on which tour you have booked.
Handling (Porterage) of one large piece of luggage per person is included in the cost of Our Escorted Group Tours. Porterage does not cover carry-on luggage / hand luggage.
Porterage is not included on private tours unless explicitly stated on your tour itinerary.
Gratuities for personal services and to Driver-Guides are not included in tour cost.
On all tours, children must share a room with a least 1 adult.
Children ages 8 yrs - 17 yrs inclusive receive a 10% discount on the prices. Our tours do not cater for children 7 yrs or younger. You must be 18 or over to travel on our Mini-Group Tours.
We can accommodate children of any age on private tours. Please let us know upon booking the ages of any tour participants under 18, as it may not be able to adjust a tour to accommodate children once everything is booked.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the coach. However frequent stops are made throughout the day.
All items of a personal nature (room service, meals and drinks except those specific as included in your itinerary, telephone charges, laundry, etc.) are not included and must be paid for by the participant.
Should a participant have a complaint in respect of their tour, they should inform the My Ireland Tour Driver-Guide (one person) or My Ireland Tour office during the course of the tour. If the matter cannot be resolved after My Ireland Tour’s best efforts to do so during the tour, the participant’s complaint should be submitted to My Ireland Tour in writing no later than 28 days after the end of the tour. Please note that if you attempt to address a situation on your own without using the My Ireland Tour procedure, you assume responsibility for any added costs you may incur and forfeit any potential refunds.
The participation contract with My Ireland Tour is subject exclusively to Irish Law and the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
The participant is responsible for all travel arrangements and costs to/from the point of commencement/conclusion of the tour. It is the full responsibility of the participant to check the accuracy of the dates booked upon receipt of their travel documents. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have a valid passport and all visas if required. My Ireland Tour is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or other loss a passenger incurs on any tour arising from acts or omissions by any air carrier, public transport company, hotel, car rental company, subcontractor or other person or organisation, whether or not such company is rendering any services supplied on the tour. Without limitation, My Ireland Tour is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, death, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity of any kind which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation any willful or negligent act, failure to act, breach of contract or violation of local law or regulation of any third party such as an airline, train, hotel, bus, taxi, van, local ground handler or guide, financial default or insolvency of any supplier and/or restaurant which is, to, or does supply any goods or services for this trip. My Ireland Tour is not liable for any loss, injury, death or inconvenience due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodation, default of any third party, attacks by animals, sickness, the lack of appropriate medical care, evacuation to same, if necessary, weather, strikes, acts of God or government, acts of terrorism, or the threat thereof, force majeure, war, quarantine, epidemics, or the threat thereof, criminal activity, or any other cause beyond its control. My Ireland Tour reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter the itinerary as it may deem necessary or advisable. My Ireland Tour reserves the right at its sole discretion to decline to accept or retain any passenger on any of its tours if it deems accepting or retaining any such person as being detrimental to the tour. In the event any passenger is removed from a trip, My Ireland Tour’s only obligation is to refund to that person that portion of the payment allocable to unused services. Any disclaimer of liability by My Ireland Tour under this clause is enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Each of the provisions of this clause is severable and if any such provision is held by any court or other competent authority to be illegal, void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this clause shall not be affected or impaired. Changes in the RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE can be made only in writing and signed by a director of My Ireland Tour.
My Ireland Tour accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, flight cancellations or misconnections due to mechanical problems, sickness, quarantine, weather, acts of God, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism or other circumstances beyond its control. Participants must bear all such losses or expenses. To guard against unforeseen circumstances, we insist you travel with comprehensive travel insurance which must be purchased at home before travelling on tour with My Ireland Tour.
Should you miss the arranged pick-up of your tour, for any reason, My Ireland Tour will assist you in how to catch up with your tour. In some cases private transfers are available, and at other times it may be public transport. In either case we'll advise you on the best options and can assist with bookings where possible. There are no costs for our time here in assisting you, but any costs for transport, additional accommodation or anything else will need to be paid in full by you.
There are no refunds or exchanges available for any sections of the tour that you may have missed out on due to having not made the arranged pick-up.

Rates on the My Ireland Tour website for our Escorted Group Tours are on a per person, sharing twin / double room basis.
Single occupancy rooms are by request only and are not always available, so please do let us know upon booking your private tour. Please see your itinerary for details of the single occupancy supplement.
