November 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

My friend and I recently did the 8 day Iconic Ireland tour with the exceptional Harry as our Driver and Tour operator. Harry imparted so much history as well as broadening our Irish music repertoire. We couldn’t fault the trip. Limiting passenger numbers so we all had a double seats, two night stops, most meals and additional tours included and accomodation that didn’t disappoint. All in all it was a great experience and it’s a big recommendation from us.

November 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

I recently returned from the 8 day Iconic Scenes tour of Ireland with My Ireland Tour, and I am very pleased to recommend the company. The communication and level of detail from the office was great, and I felt well prepared for the tour. Our driver, Harry, was a true gem! He filled our days with history, information about our tour stops, music, and a little blarney thrown in for good measure. I mentioned at our welcome that my family has a special connection to one of the villages we passed through, and Harry remembered that and gave me a front row seat to take it all in. If you are considering a bus tour - look no further. My Ireland Tour is terrific!

October 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

I decided to join solo the 8 Day Iconic Scenes of Ireland 2024. I was quite anxious as this was my first ever trip alone. However, it was the best decision I have ever made. The organization of the whole trip, from my arrival at the hotel on day 1 until I was dropped off at the airport 8 days later, was immaculate. Our tour guide was Harry Fisher who is absolutely brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable, attending to the groups needs. Thank you for everything, Harry! I am still considering moving to Ireland. :)

October 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

Any minor inconveniences are more than made up by the fantastic 8 Day Iconic Ireland Tour memories. Much appreciation to Harry Fisher, our incredible tour guide, providing context and understanding to Irish history, politics, religion, etc., often with wit and passion. Each day had several unique visits to important and wonderful sites in the republic. So the week’s pace is a fast one - relieved by the bi-daily big travelling day, and the two dozen persons’ ability to spread on the large coach. Gradually we became closer, and many friendship's acquired. Food was fabulous at various stops but pig and cow heavy, with fish and chicken choices. Vegetarians, had options. Vegans had difficulty being accommodated. One’s exercise becomes the walks, or push ups, as the hotels had limited or no exercise facilities. A minor quibble, as the My Ireland tour provided tremendous value - from the smooth pick up in Dublin, quick communication beforehand (ironing out minor changes), to the choice sites of this beautiful country.

October 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

My cousins and I were on the 8 Day Iconic Scenes of Ireland 2024. The organization of the whole trip, from arrival at the airport with transport to Dunboyne Castle Hotel until we were returned to the airport 8 days later, was fabulous. Our guide was Harry Fisher. He was absolutely brilliant and can really drive a bus! He even sings pretty well! Be sure to take advantage of the SPA at Dunboyne Castle on day 1! I am seriously considering moving to Ireland.

October 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

The 8 Day Iconic Scenes Trip is not to be missed. Couldn't have been happier with the destinations that are included, the hotels were excellent, and the food was outstanding. Special note that all our dietary restrictions were accommodated beyond our expectations. If you're lucky enough to get our tour guide, Harry Fisher, you will enjoy every minute. Thanks to Harry for showing us around this beautiful country and providing more Irish history than can possibly be retained. Highly recommend

October 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

Our 8-day tour of Ireland was as described, truly 'iconic'. From the well-designed programs to the fine hotel choices to the perfectly paced daily activities, this tour exceeded all our expectations. And at the heart of it was our driver and touring maestro, John Mulryan. His knowledge in so many areas of Irish culture, history, geography/geology (he never got 'bogged' down), myth, sport, etc., was impressively comprehensive. All delivered with trademark Irish wit. Thank you, Mr. Magpie!

October 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

My daughter and I took the 8-day tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. I chose My Ireland Tours because of the 26 person limit. This number of people allows plenty of space on the bus to be comfortable as well as a small enough group to get to know everyone else. Our group ranged in age from 9 years to 77 and came from all over the US, including Hawaii, as well as Canada, and Austria. The booking was so easy, thanks to Keith. He answered all my questions and gave many helpful tips on traveling in Ireland. I especially appreciate his help and concern when I had to postpone our trip a year because of my daughter's health. Harry Fisher, our driver/guide made the has a wealth of knowledge of Irish history, folklore, and just plain blarney. He made the week educational in a fun way, adding in plenty of craic. He's also one of the best bus drivers I've ridden with in my life. All of the places we went were well worth the time. Generally there was about the right amount of time allotted for each place, except several of us wished we'd had a bit more time at EPIC. The hotels and restaurants were mostly excellent. The Ivy restaurant at the Dunboyne Castle Hotel was especially attentive to my daughter's dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, the Samuel in Dublin was not. All in all, I would recommend My Ireland Tours as a great company to see Ireland with and the 8-day tour as a good basic introduction to Ireland.

October 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

We just returned from the Ireland 8 day iconic tour and it was fabulous! Prior to the trip, Shannon was wonderful, answering all of our many questions so that we were fully prepared for the trip. Our driver/guide, Harry Fisher took care of us throughout the entire trip, often anticipating our needs. He provided us so much history of Ireland and his love of Ireland was contagious. He made the trip fun and entertaining and was an excellent driver too (still not sure how he so masterfully maneuvered all those tight spots)! He really made the trip amazing! We had 25 people in our group and everyone got along well. We saw wonderful sites; Ireland is a beautiful country. The tour was a wonderful mix of country (including sheep), castles, gardens, chocolate, food, pubs, history and entertainment. There were some surprises along the way, which was especially fun. I highly recommend this tour group! Thank you Shannon and Harry!

October 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

I returned from the 8-Day Iconic Scenes of Ireland Tour a little over a month ago and still can't stop thinking about it! First and foremost, our guide, Harry Fisher, was incredible! So funny, so knowledgeable, very kind, and an excellent driver to boot. He was a huge part of what made the trip so special. The itinerary was nicely paced, so even on what Harry called 'moving days' when we were trekking across the country it never seemed like we were too rushed or had an overly exhausting day. You get to see some really great highlights of Ireland as well as some fun little surprises that aren't on the stated itinerary. There really isn't a dull moment or a sight that isn't worth seeing. I also appreciated that there was some free time in each city to explore. I will say that I personally felt I needed at LEAST another day or two in Dublin! It doesn't look like the longer Iconic Scenes tours include more Dublin time, so if you have the means, I would recommend either coming a day or two early or extending your stay a bit to get to see more of the city. The hotels for the most part are all very comfortable with lovely staff. There was an issue with an odd smell at the last hotel that I reached out to My Ireland Tour directly about - they got back to me very quickly and assured me they'd speak with their contacts at the hotel about it, so I hope it will be resolved soon. All the breakfasts and dinners at the hotels were delicious. The 2 included lunches at Mikey Ryan's and The Blind Piper were also amazing! The size of the tour group was also a huge plus - we had 26 total, which is their maximum, and I can't imagine being in a larger group than that. It was small enough to get to know people and it ended up feeling like a cozy little bunch. I was a bit nervous joining as a solo traveller, but I would highly recommend the experience to anyone who wants to travel on their own but still wants to meet fun people! All in all, I can't praise My Ireland Tour highly enough. From first booking the trip to the final day, it was a lovely experience. I hope to get to join them on another tour (with friends and family this time) sometime very soon!

I loved the 8 day tour iconic scenes of Ireland - our driver Harry Fisher was so warm and entertaining,He was so knowledgeable

September 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

We did 8 day iconic with Harry as our guide. He made the trip a wonderful experience from the beginning. He even helped me get a laptop back that I had left behind at one of our stops. He went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome, learn about Ireland, and laugh. This company puts together excellent tours with very nice coaches that they do not pack full. 26 people max allows everyone to have their own seat which is wonderful. The coach is also cleaned every night as well! The hotels chosen by the company were also all very nice. The provided meals were varied and flavorful and had something for everyone. I don't believe I could have put this tour together myself less expensively than the tour price. Highly recommended for a stress free and enjoyable tour of Ireland.

September 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

My husband and I just returned from the 8 day iconic scenes tour. Our tour guide was John Mulryan and he was amazing. He filled us in on Irish history and gave us a real feel for the place. His driving skills were astonishing! John’s attention to detail kept us on schedule, but not in a rigid way. His sense of humor kept things fun. This was a great way to see Ireland as we were first timers. The accommodations were first rate and the food was very good. We were with a group of 24 people and that was the perfect size since we could stretch out . Our group was great, we met some fun, interesting people which only enhanced the trip. We were nervous about joining a tour, but now feel it was the best way to go. You can do as much or little as you want to, and there is time to venture out on your own. It was wonderful to arrive at each location, John would get the tickets and we would march right in without waiting on lines. With the exception of the Samuel Hotel, meals were ready to be ordered within minutes. I really can’t say enough good things about this tour, except that if you have the chance, go!

I highly recommend using this company as they made the travel stress free.

September 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

Just returned from 8 day Iconic Scenes of Ireland Tour. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. This tour far exceeded my expectations. Communications with the staff prior to the tour were wonderful. Shannon and Keith responded to every question I had. Harry was an excellent guide/driver. His knowledge was extensive and I learned so much about Ireland from him. Harry used Whatsapp during the tour to keep us informed of our schedule. He was always available whenever we needed him. The sites we visited were wonderful. The hotels were very nice and the food was fantastic. This tour is put together so well. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit Ireland. I'm hoping to return soon to do the Scotland and England tours.

September 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

Just returned home from a beautiful 8 day Iconic Irleand tour! Harry was our driver, guide, and guru! He was amazing! We felt very taken care of from pickup at airport, every detail was taken care of- meals, hotels, tips for all restaurants and hotel services, plus a trip back to the airport for departure. We literally had zero worries the entire trip! This is the only way to travel! No stress and getting pampered! Plus, our own personal tour guide with 44 years of coach drivng experience! I can't say enough wonderful things about Harry Fisher and this company. You won't regret booking with this highly rated company.

September 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

What an amazing experience! John Mulryan was the most patient, kind, fun and well informed driver. John provided a safe space for all and was very receptive in meeting the needs of everyone. We did the 8 day iconic tour and would go back again as there is so much to see and do. Ireland is incredibly beautiful and the people were very kind.

August 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

Our family of three from Chicago really enjoyed our 8-Day Iconic Scenes of Ireland from the time we arrived to the time we left. We had welcome drinks on the first night and met for the first time the rest of the tour group. The tour felt relaxed and not rushed with sufficient time for comfort stops. Our driver/tour guide Karl White kept us on schedule, well-informed, and we really felt safe with his expert navigation of the country/city roads. We’d love to do another tour with him in the future. All the hotels and meals were impressive. We had very good comfortable sleep each night. Glad that fish and other healthy options were available in our dinners. It was amazing visiting Killarney, Rock of Cashel, Blarney Castle, Ring of Kerry, Killarney, Cliffs of Moher, Connemara, Kylemore Abbey, Galway and Dublin. We loved learning the history in each place, very interesting. And the Irish people were very nice and welcoming. Thank you My Ireland Tour!

August 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

My wife and I just went on an 8 day Iconic Scenes of Ireland tour through My Ireland Tours. My Ireland Tours - very easy to work with, and responsive to any questions we had along the way. They kept us up to date with information throughout the process, and had a great level of customer service. We interacted with Keith, who was great to work with, and answered every question we had in a prompt, helpful manner. We took a few extra days before and after the tour, so we didn’t participate in the airport transfers, but those that did were happy with them. Tour guide - we had Harry Fisher as our bus driver/tour guide, and I can’t imagine a better tour guide. He was loaded with information about everywhere we went, not just the attractions, but places along the way, as well as history and stories about everything Ireland. It was almost like taking a history tour. He was great with recommendations for dining, shopping or sightseeing on our own. He utilized WhatsApp and kept everyone up to date on every aspect of the tour, as well as additional information we may find useful. He was extremely personable, and very in tune to accommodating the various needs of the group. We had one member of the tour that was elderly and got sick, and he took extra care to make sure she was always comfortable and had everything she needed, including having hotel personnel catering to her needs. Harry is an extremely good driver and everyone felt extremely comfortable with him behind the wheel. Hotels - all very nice. Roomy, comfortable and clean. The dinners and breakfasts at each hotel were of very good quality, with a good variety of options to choose from. Other than Dunboyne Castle Hotel, which was very nice, the hotel locations were great, with easy walking access to all the main sites and activities. All hotel personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The logistics were also exceptional - lunch breaks and dinners were well coordinated, and luggage was handled by porters at each hotel stop so you didn’t have to worry about lugging bags around. Itinerary - what a great way to experience the highlights of Southern Ireland. All of the areas that I had on my list of places to see - Rock of Cashel, Blarney Castle, Ring of Kerry, Killarney, Cliffs of Moher, Galway and Dublin were covered with adequate time to see the necessary sites and still have available time to explore on our own. The lunch stops and recommendations were all very good. There were adequate rest stops built into the itinerary that allowed for bathroom breaks and opportunities to stretch. Value for the money - extremely satisfied with the value of the tour for the price. Everyone we spoke with on the tour had the same opinion. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to get a good exposure to Ireland. I’m sure all of the tour guides are top notch, but Harry made the trip an even more enjoyable experience.

August 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

Our 8-day Iconic Scenes of Ireland tour was exceptional. The hotels, meals, and landmarks/places of interest were all great and beautiful! From the time we arrived at Dublin airport to departing for home, Karl White, our tour guide/driver was phenomenal! His depth of knowledge was extensive and helped us all to better understand and appreciate the places we visited. We definitely will return for another My Ireland Tour because there is still so much more to see and experience. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent tour of Ireland (8 Day Iconic Scenes of Ireland). This was our first 'bus tour' and we were pleasantly surprised how much fun it was. Since they cap the group at 26 people, everyone can spread out and get their own seat. It was a perfect size to get to know everyone. The itinerary was well thought out including so many great sites and experiences. Hotels and meals were all enjoyable and conveniently located to explore at the end of a day. Our tour guide and driver, John Mulryan truly made our trip wonderful! He is so knowledgeable about Ireland and does such a great job of sharing Irish history, folklore, & culture with his fun sense of humor. He was so thoughtful and made the extra effort to get to know everyone and make sure their experience was the best! (He is also an excellent driver. We always felt safe.)

An amazing 8-day tour of Ireland! What a trip! And My Ireland Tour is phenomenal! What a complete and wonderful visit to legendary places across Ireland. I thoroughly enjoyed my 8 day scenes of Ireland tour. John was our driver/guide. He was very knowledgeable about the country and I loved learning the traditions and superstitions of Ireland . The food and hotels were very good. We had a family that was delayed joining the trip and they guided them how to join the trip with their transportation needs . I highly recommend this tour company.

June 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

The 8 day tour of Ireland was an absolutely perfect introduction to a very special country. Every single detail was well thought out and executed, making for a wonderful journey. The hotels, meals and transportation were excellent and, even with a couple of slight hiccups, My Ireland Tours made them up with special extra touches. Our driver/guide, Harry Fisher, was exceptional by providing so much knowledge about Irish history and culture everywhere we traveled. Our travel companions were wonderful too! Don't hesitate - sign up for a tour!

June 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

Best tour we ever went on. We did the 8 day southern tour of Ireland. It was a great mix of typical tourist stuff (i.e. Blarney stone) and just enough 'off the beaten path' experiences of the island. Our guide was fantastic, our bus was large and comfortable, and the all-inclusive accommodations + meals + admission to all of the sights was so convenient! This is an Irish company, not an out-of-country outfit, and we benefited from their inside knowledge and connections. This outfit is hightly recommended.

June 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

Very comprehensive tour with a superb guide. Harry Fisher - was unfailingly cheerful, always amusing, exceptionally knowledgeable and always patient. We took the 8 day Iconic tour which had been well planned either by the office staff / and or Harry. The hotels, with the exception of the final 2 nights in Dublin, (the Samuel Hotel) were generally very good, well located and catered for our needs well enough. Our one major criticism of the tour was the inclusion of an Irish Night dinner & cabaret - on the last night. The food was poor and the entertainment was the same, except for the Irish dancing. Had we known exactly what it would be and been given the choice, we certainly would have chosen not to attend if an alternative diner was available in the hotel. This is clearly a very personal point of view and was not shared by the majority - it appears ! Equally, the choice of tour vehicle was inadequate for my purposes. Being 6 feet tall, and weighing 14 stone plus - I was simply not able to find a comfortable position, even with a vacant seat beside me. Others found the same problem also. The available leg room was insufficient to relax the legs. For those of you who have flown on Ryanair, imagine being in that seat for 7 days !

June 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

The tour exceeded our expectations! Mr. John Mulryan was an absolute professional. He did such a great job of keeping us on schedule and was flexible as well. His driving skills were impressive and we always felt like we were in good hands. We learned so much about Ireland, its people, culture and history. We also really enjoyed meeting the people in our group. It was the perfect size! I would definitely take another tour with My Ireland Tours and I’m already considering one for next year!

June 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

We took the 8 day Iconic tour of Ireland and had a grand time. From the beginning the booking team was very helpful answering questions, providing relevant, timely communications and ensuring we were well prepared. The tour itself was wonderful. Well planned itinerary, clean comfortable coach, excellent accommodations and meals. Our guide, Harry Fisher made the trip a hit. He was attentive to the guests needs, provided us with wonderful historical content while traveling and ensured a healthy dose of craic! I would recommend to anyone considering a tour around this beautiful country!

June 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes

I just finished the 8 day Iconic Scenes of Ireland Tour. It was perfect from start to finish. Our group was friendly and fun, which was important to me as I was travelling solo. Our coach was very comfortable. The hotels and food were great. Each day was well paced with ample stretch/bathroom breaks. Our driver/guide John Mulryan was remarkable. He was organized, cheerful and extremely knowledgeable. He shared much information on Irish history and life in Ireland today, He was very interesting to listen to while gazing at the dazzling scenery out of the bus window. I came away feeling so connected to my Irish roots. Thank you John!! I highly recommend this tour. Great no stress way to experience Ireland.

May 2024  •  8 Day Iconic Scenes
